基于Gabor小波变换压缩和偏最小二乘判别分析的土牛膝药材HPLC图谱鉴别 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过HPLC指纹图谱研究,快速有效评价土牛膝质量。方法以怀牛膝和川牛膝做为对照,采用高效液相色谱法,对不同产地、不同批号的8批土牛膝进行齐墩果酸和蜕皮甾酮的含量测定,同时对图谱进行Gabor小波变换压缩与偏最小二乘法判别分析。结果 HPLC-DAD法能有效检验土牛膝中的齐墩果酸和蜕皮甾酮含量,该方法重现性、精密度、稳定性试验RSD均小于5%,分类结果显示:8批河南产怀牛膝,8批四川产川牛膝药材的化学组成一致性好,但野生土牛膝化学组成较复杂、差异性大。结论该方法可以在一定意义上判断药材的类别,为有效控制野生药材质量提供参考。 OBJECTIVE To appraise the quality of Achyranthes quickly and effectively by HPLC fingerprint method.METHODS Achyranthes bidentata Bl.and Cyathula officinalis Kuan were experimented as control,using HPLC method was used to determine the contents of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in eight batches Achyranthes from different locations and batches,then the data of chromatogram was analyzed by Gabor wavelet transform compressin and partial least squares discriminant analysis.RESULTS The HPLC-DAD method can test the contents of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in Achyranthes effectively.RSD of reproducibility,precision,stability test RSD were all less than 5%.The results showed that the chemical compositions of eight batches produced in Henan and Sichuan had good consistency,however,the chemical compositions of Achyranthes were more complex,and had huge differences.CONCLUSION This method can determine the category of herbs in a certain sense,and provide a reference for the effective control of the quality of wild herbs.
