语言发育迟缓儿童家庭语言干预效果

Effect of Family Language Intervention on Children with Language Retardation

目的:探讨对语言发育迟缓儿童实施家庭语言干预的效果。方法:选取收治的50例因语言发育落后而就诊的儿童,对所有患者实施家庭语言干预,干预前后采用婴幼儿发育诊断量表对患者的发育商进行评价。结果:干预后语言发育迟缓的儿童大运动和精细运动发育商评分小幅度上升,但与干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后适应力、语言以及社会行为发育商评分明显高于干预前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对语言发育迟缓儿童采用家庭语言干预,可有效提高患儿的语言水平,提高患儿的生活质量,且可有效降低治疗费用。

Objective： To explore the effect of family intervention on children with language retardation. Methods： 50 children with language retardation who were hospitalized by our hospital were selected and then treated with family language intervention. Scales of infant development were used to evaluate the children＇s developmental quotients before and after family language intervention. Results： After the intervention,the developmental quotient scores of the gross motor and the fine motor of the children with language retardation increased slightly,but there was no statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）; the scores of their adaptability,and their developmental quotients of language and social behavior were much higher than those before intervention,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Family language intervention for children with language retardation can effectively improve their language ability and their quality of life,and can considerably reduce the cost of treatment.
