摘要
介绍了40万t/a干法乙炔装置后续废液处理存在的氯根超标、磷、硫杂质累积等问题及针对问题所采取的技术改造。通过技术改进实现了将清净废液处理达标100%回用的目标,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益,进一步完善了干法乙炔工艺。
This paper introduces phosphorus, sulfur impurity accumulation and transformation of the problem issues have taken 400 kt/a dry acetylene plant effluent treatment follow-existence chloride,through technical improvements after six months of stable operation the treatment effect will be achieved clean waste water treatment and reuse 100% compliance goals for enterprises to reduce production costs,improve economic efficiency,further improve the dry acetylene technology.
