微差压测量装置在双进双出磨煤机上的应用

摘要 通过双进双出磨煤机的料位准确测量是保证磨煤机安全、可靠运行的主要依据,但是料位一直难于测量,特别是锅炉运行时,无法进入磨煤机内进行检查,只能通过电流进行监视,经常出现满煤情况,严重影响锅炉的安全运行,本文阐述了300MW机组双进双出磨煤机微差压测量装置,经过几年的运用,出现的问题及安全可靠的经验和大家分享。 The accurate measurement of material level is important to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the double-ended ball mill. But it is difficult to measure the material level, especially when the boiler is in operation, can not enter the mill internal inspection ,can only estimate the load through the mill motor current. It will often appear full coal situation, seriously affect the safe operation of the boiler. This paper describes the 300MW unit of double-ended ball mill micro differential pressure measuring device, including the emergence of many problems in its application, and maintenance experience of safe and reliable work, and we share.
