节节草水煎液对家兔血液凝固的影响

Effects of the drilgrass decoctions on the blood coagulation of rabbit

目的:研究节节草水煎液对家兔离体血液凝固时间的影响。方法:采用心脏采血的方法收集血液,经脱钙制成抗凝血。将脱钙制成的抗凝血分为五组,每组1 ml,前四组分别加入100%,50%,25%,12.5%的节节草水煎液0.1 ml,第五组加入0.1 ml蒸馏水作为对照组,然后分别加入0.025%Ca Cl2溶液对血浆进行复钙,观察并记录各组血液凝固的时间。结果:浓度为100%的节节草水煎液组血液凝固时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05),50%、25%、12.5%的节节草水煎液组血液凝固时间较对照组都延长(P<0.05)。结论:节节草水煎液对家兔血液凝固时间有明显影响,浓度不同对血液凝固时间的影响不同。

Objective： To investigate the effects of dfilgrass decoctions on the blood clotting time of rabbit. Methods.. The blood was collected from carotid artery, and turned to anticoagulant blood by getting rid of calcium. The anticoagulant blood was divided into five groups. There was 1 ml blood in each group. The first four groups were added into 0. 1 ml drilgrass decoctions at different concentration（100%, 50%, 25%, 12. 5%） separately, and the fifth group was added into 0. 1 ml distilled water as a control group. The calcium complex（added 0. 025% CaC12） was added to observe and record the blood clotting time of each group. Results： The blood clotting time in the 100% concentration groups were significantly shorter than those in the control groups（P〈0. 01）, and the blood clotting time in the 50%, 25%, 12. 5% concentration groups were significantly longer than those in the control groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions. Drilgrass decoctions have significant effect on the blood clotting time of rabbit. And different concentrations lead to the different influence on the blood clotting time.
