摘要
世界遗产地以其独特的魅力,吸引着大量旅游者前来游览,为游客提供了独特的体验,而遗产地的优质服务也可以更好地丰富游客的体验。文章从剧场理论观点,提出遗产地服务接触互动完整的模式基础,进而以敦煌莫高窟为例,通过分析关于遗产地服务理论的国内外研究现状、结合实际分解阐释剧场服务理论要素,对莫高窟的服务人员、游客、提供服务的实体环境、服务人员与游客的人际互动等4个服务要素进行分析,尝试从服务剧场理论的视角提出世界遗产地管理创新服务的新思路。
The world heritage site attracts varieties of tourists by its unique characteristics and provides exclusive experience for them. With the innovative services suggested in this article will surely bring better experience to the tourists. A complete basic pattern of interactive service in the world heritage site is set up by using the theater service theory. Taking Mo Kao Grotto at Dunhuang as an example, reviewing the up -to -date research results on the theory of the world heritage sites service at home and abroad, this paper tries to propose an innovative service pattern tailored -for Mo Kao Grotto at Dunhuang by combining the actual situ- ation of the site with the four typical theater theory aspects: actors, audience, setting and performance.
