摘要
由于受采场南帮整体滑坡的影响,胜利东二号露天矿半连续系统,需重新进行优化设计。针对9 000 t/h半移动破碎站和9 000 t/h自移式破碎机,对2种破碎设备提出了3个组合方案,并对其作业空间、生产能力、生产成本、安装工期进行了综合分析,为系统重新布置时,破碎设备的选型提供依据参考。
Because of the whole south slope landslide effect in the mining field, the semi-continuous system needs to be re-designed in Shengli East No.2 Open-pit Coal Mine. Aiming at 9 000 t/h semi-moving crusher station and 9 000 t/h self-moving crusher, the article presents 3 combination schemes, and analyzes the work space, production capacity, production cost, installation period, which provides reference for crushing equipment selection when the system is rearranged.
