由于钻机频繁工作以及不正确的使用导致储杆器主轴变形且断裂已无法正常工作,为了节约成本,保证生产,对储杆器进行焊修。阐述储杆器主轴变形且断裂后重新组对焊接的工艺,为以后储杆器的维修积累宝贵经验。
Due to drill frequent work and incorrect use, rod storage device spindle occurs deformation and fracture, in order to save cost and ensure production, the center repairs and welds rod storage device. The article describes the reassembling welding technology of rod storage device spindle after deformation and fracture, which provides valuable experience for rod storage device repair.
