摘要
交流变频调速矿用自卸卡车广泛应用到各大露天煤矿,随着设备使用年限增加,电气故障频繁出现,其中48-1#代码故障成为出现频率较高的电气故障之一。针对48-1#故障特点,叙述了设备系统工作原理、AFSE工作的原理及如何排查故障点。
AC frequency control mining dump trucks are widely applied to the major coal mines. With equipment service life increasing, electrical fault frequently occurs, especially 48-1^#fault, which has become one of higher frequency electrical faults.Aiming at 48-1^#fault, the article discusses the working principle of equipment system, AFSE working principle and how to troubleshoot fault.＂
