服务型领导、组织文化与员工绩效的关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 已有研究表明服务型领导对员工绩效具有积极作用,但对组织文化的实际影响以及对员工绩效的作用机制却有待探讨。基于文献分析构建了服务型领导影响组织文化与员工绩效,以及组织文化在领导-员工之间起中介作用的理论模型。以421份中国情境下的有效问卷数据为样本,运用SPSS和LISREL统计分析软件,采用相关分析、信度分析、验证性因子分析、路径分析等方法进行实证分析。结果表明,服务型领导正向影响工作满意度、组织公民行为、团队式文化、创新式文化和市场式文化,负向影响偏离行为和等级式文化。等级式文化之外的三种文化均中介了服务型领导对员工绩效的影响。研究结果对领导行为的权变运用和员工绩效的有效管理具有积极意义。
