摘要
完善养老体系、创新养老机制、提高老年人生命和生活质量是新时期赋予居家养老模式的使命。在养老需求激增化、多样化和个性化的背景下,结合大连市中心医院开办居家养老服务中心的具体实践,提出一种实现居家养老服务的可行模式——医养融合居家养老,并就该模式的现状、未来发展规划进行探讨。
The new era endows home-based care for the aged the mission to improve pension system, innovate pension mechanism and upgrade the quality of life and living of the aged. In the context of the surging,diversified and per-sonalized demands for pension,the authors,consulting the practice of home-based care for the aged in Dalian Central Hos-pital,put forward a feasible model of home-based care for the aged,combining medicine with pension. They also discuss the present situation and plans for future development of the model.
