摘要
目的对某三级医院医疗质量工作进行综合评价,了解其科室医疗质量情况和存在问题,为医院管理提供科学依据。方法应用TOPSIS法、秩和比(RSR)法对各科室医疗质量情况进行排序和优劣分档;利用指标指数分析法,了解各科室医疗质量管理的薄弱环节。结果根据排序分档结果,医疗质量较好的为肝胆外科、心脏科、消化科,有待改善的科室包括肾内科、骨科、五官科、泌尿科、胸外科,评价结果与实际情况相一致。结论 TOPSIS法、秩和比(RSR)法和指标指数分析法,在医疗质量工作综合评价中应用具有灵活性和广泛性,评价结果对进一步改善医院科室医疗质量,提升服务效率具有一定的导向作用。
Objective：To make comprehensive evaluation of medical service quality in hospitals of the third grade, learn about medical service quality in the departments and the existing problems,and provide scientific base for hospital management.Method：The authors make the arrangement and graduation of the medical service quality in departments with TOPSIS and RSR,then if nd out the weak points in quality management of medical service in departments with index analy-sis.Result：According to the er sults of the arrangement and graduation,they find that qualified medical service is provided in departments of hepatobiliary surgery,cardiology and gastroentre ology,while improvement in medical service should be made in departments of nephrology,orthopaedics,ophthalmology,otorhinolaryngology,urology and chest surgery.The eval-uation rse ults are consistent with thep ractical situation.Conclusion：TOPSIS,RSR and index analysis show flexibility and universality in the comprehensive evaluation and the results act as the guide for the further improvement in quality and effi-ciency of medical service in depatr mentso f hops itals.
