摘要
为解决华西医院住院药房药品摆放不合理、药剂师工作量巨大、药房工作效率低等问题,对华西医院住院药房A类针剂药品进行关联规则挖掘,运用Clementine软件,Apriori算法进行求解。将A类针剂药品科学分组、整体定位,为下一步药品具体位置定位奠定基础。最终达到优化药房药品布局,提高药品物流效率,提升医院药房管理水平的目的。
To solve the problems of unreasonable drug placing,pharmacists′huge workload and low work efficien-cy in inpatient pharmacy of Huaxi Hospital,the authors excavate injectable drugs in Group A with association rule and get the solutions with Clementine and Apriori.Then the injectable drugs in Group A are divided scientifically and positioned collectively,which lays the foundation for the following specific positioning of the drugs.As a result,drug layout is opti-mized,logistics efficiency of drugs improved and the management of hospital pharmacy upgraded.
