Brief Discussion of Laboratory Resources Centralization in Community Medical Treatment and Mutual Result Recognition in the Same City

随着我国经济的发展和医疗卫生体制改革的持续深化,基层医疗机构得到了长足发展,随着居民对社区基本医疗服务需求的增加,社区临床检验业务量也剧增,这对基层医疗检验资源和管理水平都提出了新的考验,过去的散、乱、低水平的检验服务已经很难适应基层医疗卫生的需要,检验资源的集中和检验结果的同城互认,将成为基层检验医学发展的新方向。

With the development of national economy and the continuously deepened reform of medical health sys-tem,grassroots medical institutions develop greatly. With residents′growing demands for basic medical service,the number of community clinical testing surges,which proposes a new test to grassroots medical test resources and management. The dispersed and disordered laboratory service of low quality in the past is hard to meet the need of grassroots medical treat-ment and health care. Testing resources centralization and mutual result recognition in the same city act as the new direction for the development of laboratory medicine at grassroots.
