摘要
目的了解产科管理模式的改善对科室工作满意度的影响。方法通过问卷对绵阳市某二甲医院门诊患者、住院患者、产科医务人员以及非产科医务人员进行调查,最后将数据进行卡方检验。结果改善前门诊患者、住院患者、产科医务人员和非产科医务人员对产科工作的平均满意度分别为84.8%、89.2%、52.1%、54%,而改善后分别为89.2%、92.4%、70.4%、74%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论摒弃产科旧有的病区模式,成立系统性强的妇产科中心,改善产科整体管理模式有利于提高各方人员对产科工作的满意度。
Objective:To understand the influence of the improvement in department management on satisfactory de-gree with work in obstetrical department.Method:The author surveys out-patients,in-patients,obstetrical medical workers and non-obstetrical medical workers in a second-class hospital of Mianyang City.Then the data are treated with chi square test.Result:The satisfactory degrees of out-patients, in-patients, obstetrical medical workersa nd non-o bstetrical medical workers with the work in obstetrical department are respectively 84.8%,89.2%,52.1% and 54% before the improve-ment,89.2%,92.4%,70.4%and 74%after the improvement.There exists the significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclu-sion:Abandoning old ward mdo el,setting up highly systemic center of obstetrics and gynecology and improving the inte-grated management model in obstetrical department is beneficial to the improvement in the satisfactory degree of all people with the work in obstetir cal department.
