摘要
目的为了解八年制学生临床能力的基本情况和特点,推进八年制教学改革、进一步提高八年制培养质量。方法在前期建立的临床医学八年制临床能力考核标准的基础上,对某院校拟毕业的八年制学生的临床能力进行考核。结果八年制学生技能考核(86.18)和床边考核(83.68)的得分最高,笔试得分最低(67.54),而由笔试(0.34)、床边考核(0.36)和技能考核(0.3)汇总得到的临床能力总分(78.77)居于两者之间。结论学生总体临床能力较好,但临床理论知识掌握和解读辅助检查结果的能力有待增强。
Objective:To find out the basic situation and characteristics of the eight-year program students' compe- tence of clinical medicine, promote teaching reform and further devote cultivation quality. Method: The authors examine the students who will graduate in no time on their competence based on the previous system of criterions. Result:The scores of technical skill assessment(86. 18) and bedside examination(83.68) are the highest while the score of theory test is the lowest. The total score(78.77 ) including theory test(0. 34), bedside examination(0. 36) and skill assessment(0. 30) is in the middle. Condusion: The eight-year program students generally perform better in competence of clinical medicine. How- ever, they should further improve themselves in mastering clinical theory and interpreting auxiliary examination results.
