布地奈德雾化吸入对支气管哮喘患者Th1、Th2型细胞因子的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对支气管哮喘患者Th1、Th2型细胞因子的影响。方法轻、中度支气管哮喘患者共59例,健康对照者10例,检测肺功能,并采哮喘组治疗前及布地奈德雾化吸入治疗后2周的晨起静脉血,与健康对照者比较,检测血中Th1型细胞因子IFN-γ及及Th2型细胞因子IL-5的水平。结果轻、中度哮喘患者体内IFN-γ水平低于健康对照者(P<0.05),IL-5水平高于健康对照者(P<0.05),经布地奈德治疗后,IFN-γ水平较前增高,IL-5水平较前下降。结论哮喘患者体内Th1型细胞因子IFN-γ的分泌减少,Th2型细胞因子IL-5的分泌增多,布地奈德吸入治疗可在一定程度上提高IFN-γ的水平,降低IL-5的水平,值得关注。 Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide inhalation on Th1 and Th2 cytokines in patients with asthma. Methods 59 patients with mild to moderate asthma and 10 health subjects were brought into the research. Their pulmonary function was detected,and their venous blood samples were collected before and 2 weeks after the treatment. The levels of Th1 cytokine IFN-γ and Th2 cytokine IL-5 were detected respectively. Results The level of IFN-γ in mild to moderate asthmatic patients was significantly lower than that in health subjects( P〈0.05). The level of IL-5 in asthmatic patients was significantly higher than that in health subjects( P〈0.05). After the treatment of budesonide inhalation,the level of IFN-γ in asthmatic patients was higher than before,and the level of IL-5 was lower than before. Conclusion Compared with the health subjects,the level of IFN-γ in asthmatic patients is lower and the level of IL-5 is higher,and the treatment of budesonide inhalation can help to correct the disbalance of IFN-γ and IL-5.
