淮剧作为生长、繁荣于盐淮大地上的一朵艺术奇葩,正面临萎缩、消亡的危险。各级政府当引起高度重视,采取切实有效的措施,抓紧组织编写教材,培训教师;将淮剧教学活动推广到各级各类学校;鼓励在社区、村组开展群众性学唱、表演淮剧活动;举办淮剧演唱电视直播、淮剧艺术节;恢复戏校;建立淮剧艺术研究机构;与地方旅游挂钩等。普及与提高相结合,必能在较短时间内重振淮剧。复兴淮剧对传承和弘扬历史文化遗产、改善盐城区域人文环境、提升文化品味及在全国的美誉度和地位,促进旅游、招商引资、发展经济文化都具有巨大的现实意义。
