氧化铝粉料喷雾造粒的制备工艺及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用离心式喷雾造粒工艺制备氧化铝粉末,并对其性能进行研究。实践证明,在氧化铝粉料喷雾造粒的实际生产过程中,通过严格控制工艺参数,能够制备出具有形状和性能良好;呈近似圆球状的实心颗粒;造粒粉含水率低、流动性好、松装密度大;颗粒级配合理的氧化铝粉料。而且,氧化铝粉料的利用率得到了提高,生产环节其能耗降低。
