职教集团在现代职业教育体系中的角色期待研究

A Study on Role Expectations of Vocational Education Group in the System of the Modern Occupation Education

构建现代职业教育体系是当前职业教育改革和发展的重要内容,本文在阐述现代职业教育体系内涵的基础上,从职教集团参与职业教育的效果评价入手,提出职教集团在建设现代职业教育体系中的重要作用。在新形势下,职教集团需要找准定位,完成角色转变,履行好参与者、监督者、合作伙伴、服务主体等多重角色功效,以主体身份多层次多角度地参与到职业教育中,推进校企合作顺利进行,促进职业教育更快更好的发展。

the construction of the modern system of occupation education is an important content of current occupation education reform and development. In this paper,based on elaborating the connotation of the modern system of occupation education,starting with the evaluation of the effect of Vocational Education Group to participate in the occupation education,put forward the vocational education group in that important role in construction of modern occupation system. In the new situation,vocational education group require accurate positioning,finish the role transition,fulfill the participants,supervisor,partners,service subjects such as multiple roles functions as a subject,multi- level and multi angle to participate in the occupation education,promote school enterprise cooperation smoothly,promote the development of faster and better into the occupation education.
