Researches on the Coordination Mechanism of Vendor Managed Inventory:A Literature Review

有效合理的VMI契约能实现效益和风险分担,降低供应链的整体成本,提高供应链的总体利益,对建立长期稳定的供应链有着重要的作用,进而促进双方企业的发展。VMI契约的研究现已成为企业界和学术界关注的焦点,许多研究者进行了并且还在继续进行相关的研究工作。文章通过中国知网查阅2004—2014关于VMI契约机制的研究,在此基础上将其归类为收益共享契约、数量折扣契约、价格契约,指出每一种契约机制存在的问题,提出了该领域进一步研究的思路,并对我国未来VMI契约的发展提出了相应的建议。

An effective and rational VMI（vendor managed inventory） contract can promote the development of the two parties involved for it realizes benefit and risk sharing, reduces the total cost of a supply chain, increases the total profits of the supply chain, and plays an important role in the establishment of a long-term and stable supply chain. The business community and academia focus their attention on researches into VMI contracts, and many researchers have been studying them. In this article, by referring to 2004-2014 research literatures on VMI contract mechanism on cnki.net, the authors classify VMI contracts into three categories：profit-sharing contract, quantity discount contract and price contract, and point out the problems that each contract mechanism may have. They also put forward ideas of doing further relevant researches and suggestions for China＇s future development of VMI contracts.
