摘要
目前,高职院校一些辅导员心理资本存在着不同程度的缺失现象,影响其职业化和专业化水平提升,甚至影响到人才培养质量。文章对缺失现象进行分析,探讨获取的路径,强化辅导员心理资本开发的针对性和实效性,切实提升其素质能力和实现其价值成就最大化。
At present, higher vocational college political instructors' psychological capital runs more or less deficit, which does not only negatively affect the instructors' professionalism and specialization, but the educational quality. This paper researches the causes for the deficit and gives suggestions for accessing psychological capital. The targeted aim and effectiveness of developing political instructors' psychological capital should be placed first, their quality and ability should be improved, and their work value and achievements should be realized or made to the greatest degree.
