慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术患者舒适护理

Comfortable nursing for chronic sinusitis patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery

目的：探讨慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术患者舒适护理的临床效果。方法对300例接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者，在鼻科常规护理基础上实施舒适护理，观察护理效果。结果本组患者实施舒适护理后，患者心理压力明显减轻，术后出血量少，恢复程度好，患者满意度高，均无严重并发症。结论舒适护理能显著提高慢性鼻窦炎患者术后满意度，减轻患者不适，提高治疗依从性，减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the efficacy of comfortable nursing for chronic sinusitis patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery （NES ） .Methods Com‐fortable nursing was given to 300 chronic sinusitis patients undergoing NES on the basis of routine nursing and results were observed .Results After comforta‐ble nursing patients’ psychological pressure is obviously lower ,postoperative bleeding volume few ,recov‐ery good and satisfaction high ,all patients had no severe complications .Conclusion Comfortable nursing could raise postoperative satisfaction of chronic sinusitis patients ,lessen patients’ discomfort ,improve treatment compliance ,and reduce the development of complication .
