优质护理服务在老年精神科中的应用

The application of quality nursing service in senile psychiatric nursing

目的：探讨优质护理服务在老年精神科病房中的应用效果。方法将100例住院老年精神病患者随机分为两组，每组50例，研究组予以优质护理服务，对照组予以常规护理服务，观察临床效果，调查患者满意度。结果研究组对护理服务满意率为98．0％，对照组为86．0％，研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论在老年精神科病房开展优质护理服务有利于提高老年精神病患者的满意度和护理质量。

Objective To explore the application result of quality nursing service in senile psychiatric nurs‐ing .Methods A total of 100 senile psychotics were randomly assigned to two groups of 50 ones each ,re‐search group received quality nursing service and control group did routine nursing service ,clinical results were observed ,and satisfactions surveyed .Results Satisfaction rate to nursing service was significantly higher in research than in control group （98 .0% vs 86 .0% ,P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Quality nursing serv‐ices developed in senile psychiatric department are beneficial to the improvement of satisfaction and nursing quality of senile psychotics .
