研究生文化作为部队院校教育内在精神力量的一种,在人才培养中发挥着不可替代的作用。在分析研究生文化对人才培养作用的基础上,结合武警学院实际,探讨目前研究生文化建设存在的不足,提出进一步加强和改进武警学院研究生文化建设的对策。

As one of the spiritual strengths of military academy, the graduates＇ culture is irreplaceable. This article firstly explains the functions of the graduates＇ culture in the graduate cultivation, and at the same time, based on the practice of the armed police academy, it discusses the shortages of the graduates ＇ culture construction, and puts for- ward some improvement measures.
