确定交通事故当事人责任，是交通事故案件处理中最为核心的内容。当前，我国对交通事故当事人责任的确定仍缺乏行之有效的标准，从构建确定当事人责任规则的角度，应加强对行为与交通事故因果关系的研究，明确当事人行为对交通事故原因力大小的评价标准，为确定当事人责任提供直观、可操作性的依据，而过错的严重程度只作为交通事故处理的辅助考量因素。

To determine traffic accident responsibility, is the most core content in case of traffic accidents. At present, the determination of the responsibility for the traffic accident in our country is still lack of effective standards. From the perspective of constructing the rules of determining client responsibility, we are supposed to carry out further study on causation between certain behavior and the traffic accident, and evaluate the measurement that the behavior of the client has caused in the accident, so as to provide intuitive and controllable basis to determining client responsibility and the severity of the fault can serve as an secondary factor in handling traffic accidents.
