创新型城市建设的对策研究——以郑州市为例

Research on Countermeasure for Innovation City Construction of Zhengzhou

创新是城市和经济发展的核心驱动力。本文基于郑州市建设创新型城市的现状,分析了其建设创新型城市的劣势,并给出了四点建议:一是转变政府职能,提高政府效率;二是强化企业主体地位,提高企业创新能力;三是提升高校和科研机构与企业的合作水平;四是培育良好的创新环境。

Innovation is the core driving force of urban and economic development. According to the present status of Innovation City Construction of Zhengzhou City, this paper analyzes its disadvantages and then proposes four suggestions namely： transform government function and improve government efficiency; strengthen the dominant position of enterprises and improve their innovation capacity; strengthen cooperation with universities and research institutions and enterprises;and nurture environment for innovation.
