摘要
目的选苦桉祛疹凝胶中苦参、地肤子、椿皮的最佳水提工艺。方法浸膏得率及苦参碱、氧化苦参碱浓度和为评价指标,考察提取时间,加水倍数,浸泡时间3个因素对浸膏得率及有效成分的影响,优选最佳水提工艺。结果响提取效果的因素顺序为:提取时间>加水倍数>浸泡时间;以浸膏得率为评价指标,提取时间的影响有显著性差异。结论优选得到的苦桉祛疹凝胶中苦参、地肤子、椿皮的最佳水提工艺为:加12倍量水,浸泡30 min,提取2 h。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the water extracting technology of Sophorae flavescentis Radix,Kochiae Fructus and Ailanthi Cortex in Ku'an Quzhen gel. METHODS The orthogonal design was used to optimize the water extracting technology of Sophorae flavescentis Radix,Kochiae Fructus and Ailanthi Cortex in Ku'an Quzhen gel patch with the concrete yield and the content of the sum of Matrine and Oxymatrine as evaluation index. Three factors were investigated including the extracting time,water multiples and soaking time. RESULTS The order of the factors which affected extracting was: extracting time water multiples soaking time. And the extracting time had significant effect when the concrete yield was used as the evaluation index. CONCLUSION The optimal extracting technology was to immerse the herbs in 12 times amount of water for 30 min,and then extracted for 2 h.
