某三甲医院CCU辅助用药和中药注射剂用药情况调查

Investigation Auxiliary Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection Drug Application Situation in A 3A Hospital

目的评价CCU辅助用药和中药注射剂用药合理性,为其合理使用提供建议。方法采用回顾性分析法,调查172名CCU住院患者,根据药品说明书和临床应用指南,结合患者的实际情况对辅助用药和中药注射剂的适应症合理性进行点评。结果 77.3%的CCU住院患者使用辅助用药,20.3%的患者适应症不适宜,59.9%的CCU住院患者使用中药注射剂,22.3%的患者适应症不适宜。结论 CCU患者病情复杂严重,应严格掌握辅助用药和中药注射剂的适应症,避免超适应症使用,保障患者用药安全有效。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the rationality of the adjuvant drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections used in coronary care unit（ CCU）,and try to give some advice on how to make full and effective use of them. METHODS Retrospective analysis was made in 172 hospitalized patients in CCU. Comments on the rationality of adjuvant drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections were given according to related instructions,clinical application guidelines and the actual situation of patients. RESULTS77. 3% of CCU hospitalized patients were given the adjuvant drugs,and 20. 3% of patients＇ indications were not appropriate,59. 9%of CCU hospitalized patients using traditional Chinese medicine injections,22. 3% of patients ＇ indications were not appropriate.CONCLUSION Patients in CCU were often with a more serious and complicated illness,thus clinical doctors should strictly grasp the scope of usage and pharmacological effects of the adjuvant drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections,avoiding off-label application to improve the medical safety.
