酸洗液中硫脲对不锈钢的缓蚀作用研究

Corrosion Inhibition Performance of Thiourea Inhibitor on the Stainless Steel

以10%盐酸,10%硫酸和10%硝酸为腐蚀液,采用失重法研究了硫脲对不锈钢的缓蚀作用。试验结果表明,硫脲的加入能有效抑制不锈钢在10%盐酸和10%硫酸溶液中的腐蚀,但其对10%硝酸溶液中的不锈钢材质具有一定促进腐蚀的作用;在10%盐酸溶液中,当硫脲的加入量为0.2%时,不锈钢材质的缓蚀率可以达到最大值为92.6%;在10%硫酸溶液中,当硫脲的加入量为0.25%时,其对不锈钢的缓蚀率达到最大值为97.3%。

The corrosion inhibition performances of the thiourea inhibitor on the stainless steel in different acid solutions isstudied by static weight loss method.The results showed that thiourea can effectively suppress the corrosion of stainless steel in 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sulfuric acid solution,however,thiourea has a corrosion-promoting effect on the stainless steel in 10% nitric acid.The corrosion inhibition efficiency of stainless steel in 10% HCl is 92.6% when the dosage of thiourea is 0.2%.The corrosion inhibition efficiency of stainless steel in 10% H2SO4 was 97.3% when the dosage of thiourea is 0.25%.
