悬吊法加固双曲拱桥方法探讨——以乐天溪双曲拱桥为例

Discussion on the Suspending Method for Reinforcement of Two-way Curved Arch Bridge

为解决双曲拱桥运行多年后承重结构出现的常规病害问题,以乐天溪双曲拱桥为例,详细阐述了双曲拱桥的加固设计方案和拱肋施工方法,即采用悬吊军用梁拱盔和满堂台阶钢管支架的施工办法一次性整体浇筑拱肋及联系梁,该方法具有施工工期短、操作简便、不受施工场地条件限制等特点,乐天溪双曲拱桥利用该方法加固后,其承载能力得到了很大提高,此外,该方法为其他类似工程施工提供了借鉴,具有较好的应用前景。

The causes of conventional load-bearing structural damage is analyzed,which is induced in a two-way curved arch bridge after it has been used for many years.The plan of its reinforcement is described briefly,the characteristics of light weight of arch rib reinforcement is used to emphatically introduce the operation method of integral pouring arch rib and tie beam of a suspending military beam and full steel pipe scaffold to concrete arch rib,it enhances the structural strength and increase the carrying capacity of two-way curved arch bridge.As a result,it provides reference for the construction of similar projects.
