CAFTA背景下福建的投资效应及其影响因素

Investment Effect and Influencing Factors in Fujian under the background of CAFTA

中国-东盟自由贸易区（CAFTA）对福建与东盟贸易具有显著促进效应,该效应的产生与哪些因素密切相关值得深入研究。首先从福建FDI的现状进行分析;其次从跨国公司的投资动机出发,对福建1983-2012年时间序列数据进行分析可以发现,基于福建较东盟总体贸易竞争力与生产要素的劣势,CAFTA对福建FDI流入有显著阻碍作用,经济发展水平、一体化规模、劳动力成本、服务业发展水平等经济初始禀赋条件对投资效应有显著影响;最后基于研究结论对CAFTA框架下福建＂走出去＂与＂引进来＂战略提出政策建议。

The research results indicate that the CAFTA has significant effects on trade between Fujian and ASEAN,but how about the investment effect of CAFTA on Fujian？Which factors is closely related with the effect？This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of FDI in Fujian;then from the view of investment motives of Multi-National Corporation,by the analysis of 1983~2012years time series data of Fujian we find that as the overall trade competitiveness of Fujian is worse than ASEAN,there are obviously disadvantage in the inflow of FDI in Fujian based on CAFTA;economic development level,integration scale,the labor cost,the development level of the service sector and other economic endowments have significant influence on the investment effect;Finally,based on the conclusion of the study,policy recommendations for＂going out＂and＂bringing in＂strategy in Fujian are put forward on the basis of CAFTA.
