摘要
为解决传统系泊方式中存在的工作效率低、环境差和安全隐患大等问题,将电磁技术应用到船舶系泊系统中。通过对船舶系泊的受力状态和电控永磁吸盘原理进行分析,开发一套基于电控永磁吸盘的新型船舶系泊装置,详细介绍其基本结构和工作原理。通过实例对该装置进行验证计算,并与传统的系泊方式进行对比分析。该研究为现代船舶系泊系统的发展提供了新思路,为船舶电磁系泊设备的开发和实际应用奠定了理论基础。
The electromagnetic technology is introduced into the ship mooring system to improve the efficiency and safety of the mooring operation. The ship' s mooring force and electronically controlled permanent magnetic chuck are analyzed. The basic structure and the operation principle of the device are introduced in detail. An example design of the electromagnetic mooring device is checked through calculation, and compared with the traditional mooring methods. The introduction and a- nalysis of the new concept of mooring device may be interesting for modem ship designers.
