摘要
为检验琼州海峡船舶定线制实施后的效果,找出琼州海峡船舶定线制实施过程中存在的问题,对船舶定线制实施后的有效性进行分析和评估。针对分析和评估中找出的问题,提出解决方案,为进一步完善琼州海峡船舶定线制做好准备。由分析和评估结论可知,琼州海峡船舶定线制的有效性达到了设计前的要求,该定线制设计方法是合理的。
The performance of ship routeing scheme in Qiongzhou Strait is analyzed and the effectiveness of the scheme is evalated. Some problems in implementing the scheme are pointed out and countermeasures to improve the Qiongzhou strait ship routeing are proposed. The evaluation results show that the Qiongzhou Strait ship routeing scheme meets the design objectives and requirements, can be improved though.
