邵铭教授运用八味降酶汤治疗慢性肝炎

邵铭教授认为,慢性肝炎病因可从内外因两方面考虑,外因主要为湿热疫毒浸淫,饮食不节,内因主要责之先天禀赋不足,情志内伤等,病理因素以湿热邪毒侵袭为主。并根据肝脾之间的病理生理之联系,秉承古人"肝病及脾"的观点,在治疗慢性肝炎时,始终注重顾护脾胃,扶正以祛邪。并自拟以清热解毒利湿药物为主、辅以健脾药物的"八味降酶汤",治疗临床以转氨酶升高为主,又有肝胆湿热内蕴者。

Professor SHAOMing considered that the etiology of chronic hepatitis dues to two aspects-internal cause and external cause. External cause was mainly for the immersion of heat and humid poison,improper diet. Internal was mainly caused by inadequate natural endowment,sentiment and will injury,etc,and the pathological factors were given priority to the immersion of heat and humid poison. On clinical treatment,according to pathological physiological link between liver and spleen,professor SHAOMing adhered to the point of ＂liver and spleen＂of the ancients,and in the treatment of chronic hepatitis,he always paid attention to protecting the spleen and stomach,righting to eliminate pathogenic. Therefore,since the plan to eight kinds of medicine in clearing- away heat and detoxicating and unblocking is given priority to,complementary with spleen medicine＂Ba Wei Jiang Mei＂decoction,its curative effect is remarkable in clinical treating patients with elevated transaminase and embodied with heat and humid.
