2012年北海市海城区就业流动人口慢性病及其危险因素现况调查

Survey on the Prevalence of Non-communicable Diseases and Risk Factors Among the Employed Floating Population in Haicheng District,Beihai City,2012

目的了解北海市海城区就业流动人口慢性病及其危险因素的流行现状,为制定相应的防控措施提供科学依据。方法于2012年9~11月用分层多阶段整群抽样法从海城区6大类行业中抽取302名18岁及以上在本地居住6个月及以上的就业流动人口进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测。结果调查的302名海城区流动人口中,现在吸烟率为21.19%,饮酒率44.76%,47.41%的人蔬菜水果摄入不足,48.77%的人红肉摄入过多,从不锻炼率68.50%,男性大部分慢性病危险因素水平高于女性（P〈0.05）;超重率为23.84%,中心性肥胖率为21.52%,高血压患病率为7.28%,糖尿病患病率为6.62%,高TC检出率为11.92%,低HDL-C患病率15.89%,高LDL-C患病率5.30%,高TG检出率11.60%。结论海城区流动人口慢性病及其危险因素的水平都较高。

Objective To understand the prevalence of non-communicable diseases and risk factors among the employed floating population in Haicheng district,Beihai city,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods During September-November,2012,the multi-stage cluster sampling method was used,a total of 302 subjects aged over 18 years were randomly selected from those resided at the place for at least six months without local household registrations.Each participant was invited to complete the questionnaire,undergo physical examination and laboratory test. Results The prevalence rate in 302 subjects was respectively 21.19%,44.76%,47.41%,48.77%and 68.50%for smoking,drinking,lack of vegetables and fruit,red meat overtaking and no-physical training.significantly higher among males than females（P〈0.05）.The prevalence rate of overweight,central obesity,hypertension,diabetes mellitus high TC,low HDL-C,high LDL-C and high TG was 23.84%,21.50%,7.28%,6.62%,11.92%,15.89%,5.30%,and 11.60%,respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of non-communicable diseases and risk factors are high among the floating population in Haicheng district,Beihai city.
