摘要
火烧油层技术又称火驱,是一种能大幅度提高稠油油藏采收率的开采技术,它作为常规稠油、超稠油开采方法的补充,具有油藏适应范围广、物源充足、采收率高、成本低的优势。目前在国内外油田现场正不断得到应用,相应的实验室技术——一维火驱室内模拟实验也不断加强。利用一维火驱室内模拟实验装置,筛选优化实验条件,首次完成风城油砂一维火驱室内实验,得到了燃烧点、驱油效率、火线推进速度、耗氧量、燃料消耗量等火驱过程重要参数,总结产出气体硫化物、主要燃烧尾气组分变化规律,发现燃烧过程不均匀、超覆、胶结分界现象,为新疆油田风城火驱顺利开展提供保障。
In situ combustion technology,also known as fire flooding,is able to greatly improve the exploitation of heavy oil recovery technology. As conventional heavy oil,ultra- heavy oil recovery methods' supplement,it has the advantage of wide reservoir adaptation,sufficient material resource,high recovery ratio,and low cost. It is currently being applied to oil field domestically and abroad as a supplement to conventional heavy oil and ultra- heavy oil recovery methods. The corresponding laboratory techniques- 1D fire- flooding indoor simulation experiment is also constantly strengthened. Through the Equipment of 1D fire- flooding indoor simulation experiment and Filtering optimized experimental conditions,the paper at first completed 1D fire- flooding indoor simulation experiment,and got a series of important parameters such as the point of combustion,oil displacement efficiency,firewire promoting speed,oxygen consumption and fuel consumption. After summing up output sulfide gas,the main component of variation of the combustion exhaust,we can find phenomena,such as uneven combustion process is uneven,overlap and cemented boundary. All of that provide protection for fire flooding drive smoothly in Fengcheng District,Xinjiang Oilfield.
