摘要
火烧山作业区近年来管杆偏磨呈上升趋势,2014年冬季躺井32口,其中有20口井都存在不同程度的偏磨。文章通过对发生各类管杆偏磨井的成因进行系统分析,认为火烧山作业区管杆偏磨的主要原因是抽油杆在下冲程过程中的"失稳"所造成。同时,由于火烧山油田含水已经达到79%,井内的流体已经由油包水型转换为水包油型,使得管杆偏磨加重。沙北油田由于油井结蜡严重,并伴随有管杆腐蚀,腐蚀、结蜡与偏磨相互作用使得管杆偏磨加重。文章最后还对已经采取的管杆偏磨防治措施效果进行了统计分析。
In recent years,the number of tube rod eccentric wear is on the rise in the Huo Shao Shang Operating Zone. There were 32 lay wells in the winter of 2014,including 20 tube rod eccentric wear wells. In this paper,based on systematically analyzing the cause of all kinds of tube rod eccentric wear wells,the author thinks that the 'instability ' of rod in the process of downstroke is the main reason of tube rod eccentric wear in the Huoshaoshang Operating Zone. Meanwhile that water cut of the zone has reached 79% and borehole fluid has been converted from a water- in- oil type into oil- in- water type. which caused the tube rod eccentric wear worse. In the Sha Bei Oil Field,wax oil well is serious and is accompanied by tube corrosion. Corrosion,wax interact with eccentric wear made tube rod eccentric wear worse. Tube rod eccentric wear also caused oil well pump more inspection,which is a serious impact on normal production of oil field. Finally the author also made a statistic analysis on the effect of prevention and control measures which were taken in the tube rod eccentric wear well.
