北布扎奇油田同心三管分层注水工艺研究

摘要 针对哈国北布扎奇油田分层注水管柱存在问题,研究了一种新型同心三管分层注水管柱以及现场实施工艺,并对新型同心三管分层注水工艺的管柱结构、工作原理、管柱特点、施工步骤进行了详尽阐述。根据该油田分层注水的发展趋势,并结合管柱自身特点,新型的同心三管分层注水在哈国北布扎奇油田可以实现实时、精确配注,完全满足地质配注要求。 This paper states a new technology against some unresolved problems of the zonal injection pipe column in North Buzachi Oilfield in Kazakhstan. It discusses a new kind of pipe column composed of three concentric tubes to achieve zonal injection and some on- site implementation process. In addition,this paper elaborates the tube structure,operational principle,the characteristics of the tubes and the operation steps. According to the zonal injection developing trend in this oilfield,combined with the characteristics of the pipe column itself,this new technology in North Buzachi Oilfield can achieve real- time and accurate injection,and it can also fully meet the requirements of the geological injection.
