鼻息肉首发Churg-Strauss综合征1例回顾性分析

摘要 1临床资料患者男性，43岁，发现头部包块3年就诊。患者于3年前发现右侧头颅颞部包块，约2cm×1cm×1cm，活动度差，轻压痛，未特殊处理。后患者头部包块逐渐增多、增大，累及双侧额部、颞部以及左颈后部，未正规诊治。
