摘要
利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立不考虑初始缺陷的外传力钢框架节点分析模型,并与试验结果进行对比以验证模型的正确性。对钢柱定位轴线偏差满足和超出规范允许值2倍的外传力钢框架节点进行分析,在偏差达到规范限制的条件下,对6组钢梁翼缘宽度、厚度不同的试件进行分析,并相应调整传力板的宽度、厚度等参数,进行荷载-位移曲线以及应力分布分析。结果表明:传力板宽度和厚度为外传力钢框架节点的关键设计参数;所加设的传力板厚度宜与钢梁翼缘厚度相同,宽度宜为0.75~1.25倍钢梁翼缘宽度。
By large general finite element software ANSYS,an analysis model of outside steel frame joints without considering initial defect was built.Correctness of simulation was proved by comparing the results of experiments.The steel frame joints with location axis deviations which were justified to the code and two times as that of the code were analyzed.Six groups of specimens with different widths and thicknesses of steel beam flanges and different widths and thicknesses of force-transforming plates,whose location axis deviations were limits of design code,were calculated.Analysis of load-displacement curves and stress distribution were carried out.The results show that the width and thickness of force-transforming plate are taken as the key design parameters for outside steel frame joint with force-transforming plate.The thickness of adding force-transforming plates should be as same as that of beam flanges,the width of adding force-transforming plates should be 0.75-1.25 times as that of steel beam flanges.
