摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,在农村劳动力转移过程中,占农村流动人口40%的女性农民工因女性和农民身份受到歧视,就业较为困难。为改变这种状况,该文探讨其受到就业歧视的深层次根源,提出相应的对策,从而促进劳动力市场公平稳定发展。
Along with the accelerating of urbanization, in the process of rural labor transfer, female peasantry workers which account for 40% of the rural floating population is discriminated against because of their women and peasants identity, employment is difficult.In order to change this situation, it is necessary to explore the roots of employment discrimination, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, thus promote the development of the fair and stable of the labour market.
