下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕微创减容术对鼻黏膜功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕微创减容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎对鼻黏膜传输功能的影响。方法应用糖精试验测定(实验组,30例慢性肥厚性鼻炎病人)术前、下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕微创减容术后3个月、术后6个月鼻腔黏膜纤毛输送率(mucociliary transport rat,MTR);同时与行下鼻甲部分切除术的慢性肥厚性鼻炎病人(对照组,30例)进行比较。结果实验组术后3、6个月鼻黏膜纤毛输送率(MTR)分别与术前比较无明显变化(P>0.05),而对照组分别较术前明显减慢(均P<0.01),与实验组相比,对照组术后3个月、6个月MTR均减慢(P<0.01)。结论下鼻甲去骨及黏膜划痕微创减容术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎对鼻黏膜纤毛无明显影响,对鼻腔黏膜正常生理结构影响不大。 Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive inferior turbinate reduction by bone removal and mucosa scratching in treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis on the postoperative transmission function of the nasal mueosa. Methods The saccharin test was used to determined nasal mucociliary transport rate (MRT) before, 3, and 6 months after minimally invasive inferior turbinate reduction surgery by bone removal and mucosa scratching for 30 cases with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, which was compared with those undergoing partial resection of inferior turbinate lines. Results The nasal mucociliary transport rate (MTR) of the experiment group showed no significant change before and after surgery (P 〉 0.05 ), while that of the control group was decreased after surgery ( all P 〈 0.01 ), which was lower than that of the experimental group after 3 and 6 months (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Minimally invasive inferior turbinate reduction by bone removal and mucosa scratching for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, dose not affect nasal mucociliary activity and nasal mucosal physiological structure.
