膝关节内侧盘状半月板损伤1例报告

Arthroscopic total discoid meniscectomy in treatment of medial meniscus injury: one case report

探讨关节镜下盘状半月板全切术在膝关节内侧盘状半月板损伤中的应用。方法对收治的1例膝关节内侧盘状半月板损伤患者行关节镜下盘状半月板全切术,观察患者的疼痛及症状改善情况。结果术后2个月患者疼痛完全缓解、症状改善明显。结论关节镜下行内侧盘状半月板全切手术创伤小,术后可进行早期功能锻炼,值得在临床推广应用。

To investigate the effect of arthroscopic total discoid meniscectomy in treatment of medial meniscus injury. One patient with medial meniscus injury received arthroscopic total discoid meniscectomy, and the symptom improvement was recorded. The complete pain relief was achieved at 2 months after procedure. Arthroscopic total discoid meniscectomy in treatment of medial meniscus injury has the advantages of minimal invasiveness, allowing early functional exercise, worthy of clinical promotion.
