农地流转中的农民收入——基于揭阳市416户农户的实证研究

Farmers' Income in the Transference of Rural Land——A Case Study to Four Towns in Jieyang City

基于对广东省揭阳市四县农户的问卷调查,运用Logistic模型,从农户家庭总收入、农业收入、人均非农业收入三个方面,分析了农地流转中农户收入的影响因素。分析表明:年龄只对农民的农业收入有负影响;受教育程度对农民的非农业收入存在正影响;家庭劳动力数量对农民的收入,包括农业收入和非农业收入都存在正影响;耕种土地对农民的农业收入存在正影响,对非农业收入存在负影响;土地流转对农民收入存在正影响。提出在切实保护农民土地权益的基础上加快和规范农地流转的政策建议。

This study is based on the questionnaire survey of four towns of Jieyang city, Guangdong Province. It analyzes factors influencing farmers’ income in the transference of rural land by means of logistic regression model. Three aspects are looked into, i.e., total household income, agricultural income, per capita income of non agriculture income. It shows that： age has a negative impact only on agricultural income;education level is positive correlated with non agriculture income;family labor quantity has a positive effect on either agricultural income or non agricultural income;land cultivation has positive impact on the agricultural income, but a negative impact on the non agricultural income. Suggestions are made as follows： to accelerate and regulate the transference of rural land based on the effective protection of farmers′land rights and interests.
