摘要
文章分析职场新人拒绝打杂频繁跳槽的现象和其产生的时代大背景,指出在无边界职业生涯时代,职场新人与组织的关系由关系型契约向交易型契约转变,最后提出企业留住90后的对策。
This paper analyzes the phenomenon, reasons and background of new workforce refusing to chare and job-hop frequently. It points out changes of the relationship between new workforce and organizations from relational contract to the transaction type in the career era without boundary. Solutions to how to retain the new workplace of post 90’ s are suggested as well.
