校企行业协会深度融合的速录师后置订单培养——以广州城市职业学院法律文秘专业为例

Training of Post Orders Steno Experts by Enterprise and Industry Association——A Case Study to Legal Secretary Major of Guangzhou City Polytechnic

文章以广州城市职业学院法律文秘专业设立为例,探索速录师后置订单人才培养模式运作长效机制的设计方案:校企行业协会深度融合,三方联动,资源整合、资源共享、共建共管、提供教学层面和实习基地、职业资格认证等合作,较好地将校企生、以及行业协会的利益统一起来,达到共赢,为区域司法系统书记员人事改革和会展论坛经济服务。

Taking legal secretary major of Guangzhou City Polytechnic as an example, this paper discusses the proposal of establishing talent cultivating mode of steno experts. It holds that schools and enterprise should integrate together as well as the Industry Association;resources should be shared with each other and all parties involve and manage together;to combine interests of all parties so as to get a win-win result and to provide better service to the local development.
