我国茶艺英语研究现状述评

Review of the Present Studies to English for Tea Art in China

茶为中国国粹,中国茶艺文化在世界范围内的影响亦逐年扩大。作为宣传茶文化的最好方式之一,茶艺活动肩负着不可推卸的责任。要将中国茶艺推向世界,对茶艺英语的研究必不可少。文章分析了目前我国茶艺英语研究的现状、特点和趋势,并对茶艺英语研究作出了三个主要方面的总结。文章指出,茶艺英语及其教学和翻译研究在我国尚处于萌芽阶段,仍有很多方面的问题急需解决。

As a national treasure of China, the tea art culture shows more and more influence all over the world. As a best way to demonstrate tea culture, tea art shoulders an unavoidable responsibility. In order to introduce tea art to the whole world, studies to English for Tea Art become very necessary. This paper looks into the present studies to English for Tea Art in China and summarizes the three main research areas. It points out that studies to English for Tea Art and relevant teaching and translation activities are scarce in China. There are still many research blanks awaits to be filled.
