《淮南子》“将”论析议——兼与《孙子兵法》《孙膑兵法》的思想比较

On the Thought of General in Huainanzi——Comparison with Sun Tzu on the Art of War and Sun Bin Military Tactics

"将"论是《淮南子》兵学思想的重要内容,不论是选"将"之要、为"将"之道,抑或是"将"与君、卒、民之关系,《淮南子》均富深刻的理性认识。《淮南子》以《孙子兵法》《孙膑兵法》为思想渊源,在秦汉时代条件下,对先秦以来的"将"论思想有所丰富和发展,充分体现出承继性、道化性及多元性的兵学特色。《淮南子》"将"论的军事文化蕴涵极为丰厚,对先秦兵学所坚持的"贵道""尚谋""重政"和"爱卒"的优良传统,都有着深刻反映。《淮南子》"将"论的兵学内涵及人文精神,仍值得现代军事思想有所鉴取。

The theory concerning with “general” is an important part of the strategic thinking in Huainanzi, which contains the necessity of choosing the general and the way of being a general , as well as the relations between generals and the emperor, the soldiers and the people. Influenced by Sun Tzu on the Art of War and Sun Bin Military Tactics, great works in pre -Qin period, Huainanzi further enriches and develops the traditional theory of general, which fully reflects the military cultural implications of Taoism on attaching importance to strategies, politicians and relations with the soldiers. This humanistic thought is worth studying.
