摘要
通过对268名高职毕业生进行霍兰德职业倾向和专业承诺的测验表明,不同性别和不同专业类别的毕业生的职业倾向存在显著的差异;不同专业类别的毕业生的专业承诺也存在显著差异;高职毕业生的职业倾向与专业承诺之间存在显著的相关关系,高职毕业生的专业承诺对预测他们的职业倾向具有显著作用。
The test of 268 college students＇ Holland occupational tendency and professional commitment by using questionnaires shows that the graduates in different genders and different majors have different ideas; but the two factors are obvious correlated, and the professional commitment can forecast their career tendency.
